Our Story

White’s Pickle Salsa will introduce salsa to the world the way it was meant to be; made from pickles. The world will look back and remember that it all started in Texas. This is an excellent product to represent the creativity of the state to the entire world.

It’s hard not to be interested in trying our product. Nobody has ever successfully made salsa from pickles. They are curious. People instantly fall in love with our salsa and can’t get enough. Not only do they eat it with tortilla chips, they put it on everything. People love our salsa on tacos, fajitas, tamales, burgers, hot dogs, ramen noodles, chicken, beef, pork, or even right out of the jar with a spoon. Kids love it too! We want to bring our unique product to more people for them to enjoy with their families.

We replace the traditional ingredient, tomatoes, with pickles and it is oh so delicious. Our special blend of spices adds for a unique flavor that is simply addicting. Over 65% of the materials (by volume) used in our salsa are grown in Texas or produced by Texas companies.

We are actively selling White’s Pickle Salsa Medium (Original), Hot, and Mild. All of our current sales are from online marketing, social media, and face-to-face interactions.

My husband (Brian) and I (Liz) met in college. We both studied business at Baylor. I work full time as a mortgage lender. Brian previously worked in the IT field and traveled a lot for work. He is now running White’s Quality Foods full time and is able to spend a lot more time at home with us. We have 2 children, Mark who is 14 and Jocelynn who is 9. Our family enjoys taking trips and spending time together.

My husband and I created our pickle salsa about a year ago. It started off as a relish for hot dogs with a base mixture of pickles, onions, and jalapenos. By adding a few other ingredients and spices we created pickle salsa. We have been tweaking it and sampling it out to friends ever since. Both of our kids enjoy our pickle salsa and chips for a snack quite often. Our teenager can’t get enough; when he gets home from school he grabs some White’s Pickle Salsa and chips. He eats as much of it as he can get his hands on.

We have always been huge fans of salsa, peppers, pickles, and hot sauces from all over. We have a dedicated shelf in our pantry and a good portion of our refrigerator dedicated to salsa, peppers, pickles, and hot sauces. We started off just playing around in the kitchen, now we are leading #TheSalsaRevolution with our #PickleSalsa.
